Google Goal: Getting small businesses online globally / Issue: Low awareness among busy small business owners everywhere that Google had a product that can help them / Insight: Connect with shared entrepreneurial spirit and empathy / Answer: Iconic and language-agnostic global campaign featuring small businesses / Results: While specific data cannot be shared due to confidentiality, the effectiveness of the campaign exceeded even the most optimistic expectations. The campaign is being rolled out in Australia, France, Germany, India, and China – even more countries than initially planned, and the artworks have been put on display at Google campuses globally.
